Avail Teams Up with Leading Blockchain Platforms for Data Integration

Avail, an innovative blockchain solution designed to help improve data availability for rollups, has partnered with five layer-2 protocols to boost scalability, cost-efficiency, and developer flexibility.  In an announcement on Thursday, the protocol said that Ethereum-based scaling solutions such as Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, StarkWare, and zkSync will integrate its Data Availability (DA) layer into their various platforms.

The integration aims to empower developers with scalable, cost-efficient, and composable chains capable of handling millions of users.

Once the incorporation is completed, the DA solution will form the foundation for a unified architecture, offering mathematical assurances of data availability and featuring a built-in validator ecosystem for the networks.

It will also bring more transparency to the chains, helping them combat fraud on individual platforms and enabling reliable operations outside the main Ethereum blockchain.
