The tokenization platform XCAD Network, which enables YouTubers to engage with their audience and give them cryptocurrency tokens in exchange, today revealed that it has inked Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with many governments to extend Web3 education incentives to millions of people worldwide.

With multiple governments on board, XCAD hopes to close the gap between Web2 and Web3 and encourage more individuals to participate in the Web3 Space. XCAD Network announced the first government agreement with Pakistan.
